Prime Minister reviews Ras El Hekma progress
Thousands of workers are on site, with progress on the industrial zone, hotels and service facilities.
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly chaired a meeting on 23 February 2026 to follow up on progress at Ras El Hekma, Daily News Egypt reported.
Jassem Al Zaabi, chairman of Abu Dhabi-based L'IMAD Holding, reported that thousands of workers were on the construction sites, with progress on the industrial zone, hotels and service facilities. The master plan includes homes, hotel rooms, commercial areas, restaurants and leisure facilities.
