UK–Egypt joint venture wins $230m package for 660+ Wadi Yemm homes
Innovo Build and Redcon Construction will deliver the DP03 East package: more than 660 villas and townhouses, lakes, a shopping mall and roads, within 21 months. Unit deliveries are expected from Q3 2029.
A joint venture of Innovo Build, from the UK, and Redcon Construction, from Egypt, has won a contract worth about EGP 12 billion (around US$230 million) in Wadi Yemm, MEED reported on 30 September 2026.
The contract covers infrastructure and construction for the DP03 East package: more than 660 homes, mostly standalone villas and townhouses, plus public service areas, lakes, a shopping mall, landscaping and roads. The package has a built-up area of 323,000 square metres and is due to be completed within 21 months.
Modon is developing Wadi Yemm as the first phase of the Ras El Hekma masterplan. According to MEED, unit deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2029.
