Modon and Nammos announce Nammos Ras El Hekma
A 79-room Nammos resort with 72 apartments and a penthouse, plus shops and wellness, in Wadi Yemm.
Modon Holding and Greek hospitality group Nammos Hotels & Resorts have announced Nammos Ras El Hekma, an integrated resort and residences in Wadi Yemm, AGBI and bne IntelliNews reported in July 2026.
The project includes a 79-room Nammos resort, 72 apartments and a penthouse, plus shops and wellness facilities. The companies did not disclose financial details or a construction timeline.
ADQ, the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund and one of Modon's largest shareholders, named Modon master developer of Ras El Hekma in October 2024.
