Wadi Yemm Amphitheatre Guide | 10,000 Seats on the Beach
By Ahmad Hodroj · 3 min read · Updated 20 October 2026
Wadi Yemm's amphitheatre sits on the beach, beside the promenade and Yemm Beach Plaza. Here's what it is, where it is, and which homes are a short walk away.

What it is

Modon describes the amphitheatre as inspired by the theatres of Ancient Rome, built with the latest stage and sound technology. It will seat up to 10,000 people, making it one of Ras El Hekma's signature venues for concerts, shows and events.
Modon lists the amphitheatre among the city's major components, alongside the airport, the marinas and the free zone. Events like these are part of what Modon expects to bring visitors outside the summer season.
Where it is
The amphitheatre is on Wadi Yemm's main beach, where the beach promenade meets Yemm Beach Plaza. Yemm Boulevard, the 1.3 km street of shops and restaurants, runs inland from here, so the theatre sits in the liveliest part of Wadi Yemm.
Homes within walking distance
- Yemm Beach Plaza: beachfront apartments, from US$559,000
- Lighthouse Village: apartments beside the lighthouse
- Yemm Boulevard: apartments on the main street, from US$435,000
Opening and events
An opening date and an events programme haven't been announced yet. I'll share them with my clients as soon as Modon does.
