Nammos Residences brought the Mykonos beach brand to Egypt's North Coast. It has sold out, but here's what it is, how the rental programme works, and where to look if you missed it.
Nammos at Ras El Hekma
Modon and Nammos Hotels & Resorts announced Nammos Ras El Hekma in 2026: a 79-room resort and 72 branded apartments on the Wadi Yemm shoreline, with Nammos Village shops and cafés, the Nammos beach restaurant, a spa and a kids' club.
The architecture is Cycladic: white, arched and open to the light.

The rental programme
Owners have access to the resort's pools and private dining, with Nammos hotel service. When they're away, they can put their home into the resort's rental programme, where Nammos looks after it and rents it to guests. A furniture package is available but optional.
